Private Sessions

Private sessions give you the opportunity to focus on your goals with personalized attention to your individual needs. They provide a safe environment conducive to working with any injuries you may have.

Private sessions offer a calm, nurturing setting if you are new to yoga and Pilates and want to try them out. They are are also a wonderful way to introduce meditation into your practice.

I can share tips and assist you with finding comfortable postures, learn hand mudras (provide a soothing, calming effect on the mind), introduce chanting (scientifically proven to reduce activity in the limbic system, the part of the brain associated with stress and emotions), and provide healing through chakra(energy centers in the body) balancing.
